Shipping Policy
All orders are verified by phone, and will not ship until verification is completed. After verification, items are processed and shipped the first business day thereafter. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are shipped following verification. Back-ordered items are shipped 5-10 business days after purchase.
Most items can be shipped to anywhere in the United States via UPS. UPS will NOT deliver to a P.O. Box.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Non-apparel items cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. Apparel items can ONLY BE EXCHANGED for other apparel items, and only if in its original packaging with the original tags. Refunds will not be issued. Customer pays for any additional shipping charges. The returned item must be in the same condition as it was received by the customer, in the original packaging and with the original tags.
